Refunds
Our refund policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment, whether that’s your credit card or the initial payment method used.
For in-store purchases, refunds can also be provided in cash. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you are simply unhappy with your purchase and wish to change the size of the item.

Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to the following address: Al Marija Street, Al Jubail, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In case a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
