Delivery Information:
- We offer Next Day Delivery in Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras al Khaimah, Al Ain and all over UAE.
- Delivery in Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Remote Areas is estimated to take 2 to 3 days.
- Standard Free Delivery is available across the UAE for orders exceeding 100 AED.
- Orders below 100 AED will incur a flat shipping charge of 15 AED.
- For express service, we provide delivery within 3 hours in Sharjah and Dubai for orders over 100 AED, with an additional cost of 10 AED.
In-Store Pickup:
- You can choose to pick up your order from our physical store.
- In-store pickup timing is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Payment Methods:
- We accept Cash on Delivery in AED/Dirham.
- Card payments are accepted in our physical store.
Refund and Return Policy:
- You have a 30-day window for easy returns, exchanges, or refunds from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed upon approval and will be credited to your original payment method, credit card, or through cash at our retail store.
- Exchanges are available for defective, damaged items, or if you wish to change the size of the product.

- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
